Ducky's Express at Chevron came to us with the mission of launching Go-To-Market campaigns at it's new locations. Working as an extension of their marketing team we developed and implemented a strategic launch process consisting of paid ads, email & sms marketing, and CRM automation. Ducky's Express and Chevron are currently in the process of replicating this comprehensive campaign across all of it's new locations.
Paid Ads & CRM Development
We created full funnel campaigns across a diverse mix of channels to drive awareness and generate new sales and unlimited memberships. The client’s former marketing software was deficient in the technology needed to take their CRM automation to the next level. Our team helped transfer them from a legacy restricted platform to HubSpot, which is one of the most comprehensive and powerful CRM products in the market. This allowed them to launch extensive email and SMS campaigns across various car wash locations. HubSpot also propelled us to execute all-inclusive promotional campaigns consisting of dynamic coupons and discounts. Our design team created all new email templates and marketing material for paid ads, email, and sms campaigns. We also revamped their internal training manuals, presentations, and created print materials such as mailers, banners, and more.
Results
Our Go-To-Market process has provided extensive exposure and awareness to new Ducky's Express locations. Our initial targeted ad campaign produced over 402k impressions, 3.6k clicks, and cost-per-clicks less than $0.36 in the first week at one location with a low budget. Our CRM setup has provided essential organization and reach ability that has laid the groundwork for Ducky's Express and Chevron's intended rapid expansion.
